Sec/Rds/ TC/Byes: Open, U2000, U1300, U800, NER; 4 Rounds SS, G/30+10; NE and USCF-rated, NER NE-rated; One ½ pt bye in Rds 1-3; ½ pt Rd 1 bye for entry after 9 AM. Grand Prix: 20 Enhanced CSCA Grand Prix Points. Prizes: Open: $300-200, $100 to Top U2200. U2000: $200-100, $100 to Top U1600. U1300/U800/NER: Trophies to Top 3, Top U1000 in U1300, U500 and U300 in U800. Trophies to Open/U2000 winners and Top Hartford City resident. Trophies to 3-point or better results and medals in lower sections. Cash prizes via PayPal. Tie break: Perfect (4-0) scores decided by Armageddon tie break with USCF tie breaks determining seeding; does not affect cash prizes. Entry Fee: Register online; $50 by 12/17, $60 by 12/23, $75 by 12/25, $90 thereafter. GM/IM FREE by 12/17, then from prizes. Titled and U1300/U800/NER: $10 less.
